About the President & CEO
Sandra Millican is the President & CEO of NCG. She leads the global efforts for NCG’s business management & strategy, business development, marketing, and logistics consulting. She has over 35 years of experience in different scientific industries working as a consultant, chemist, lab supervisor/manager and marketing manager. Her accomplishments range from winning large commercial bids to developing methods that saved companies millions of dollars annually.
Sandra uses core principles when approaching challenges and implements the three rotating cycles around a company’s core which she discusses on this website under business management and business development. Through this approach, she works to shield or strengthen a business.
At NCG, Sandra continually challenges the company and its teams to evolve by creating innovative ideas, discovering hidden value, and finding competitive angles. Ultimately, her goal is to improve some aspect of performance for their clients and perpetually repeating that process by creating better business strategies daily.
Sandra enjoys researching business trends, science, and regulatory compliance topics. She also enjoys attending concerts and sporting events.
